Job Details
We are a leading manufacturing company looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tests to ensure product quality.
- Perform internal audits and temperature checks to ensure that all processes are running optimally.
- Monitor all operations that affect quality and work closely with production teams to establish procedures and quality standards.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP).
- Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure the integrity and quality of the product.
- Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient knowledge of Quality Assurance, GMP, SSOP, QC Checks, HACCP, and GFSI.
- Proven experience in performing internal audits and temperature checks.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Ability to interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage.
