We are seeking a dynamic, skilled, and experienced 3rd shift Maintenance Technician for a permanent role in our Manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our complex manufacturing machinery. This role involves working on a variety of equipment, including digital and Kodak presses, motors, and conveyors, and requires a comprehensive understanding of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures. This position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your expertise will directly impact our production and success.

The ideal candidate will be adept at both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, and Lock Out Tag Out procedures. This position offers a challenging and rewarding environment where your expertise will directly impact our production and success.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, cleaning machinery, and inspecting belts and chains for wear and tear.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with equipment including digital and Kodak presses, motors, and conveyors.
- Calibrate equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement Lock Out Tag Out procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize production and minimize downtime.
- Document and maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
- Recommend improvements to maintenance policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanic in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Extensive knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Experience in equipment calibration.
- Proficient understanding of electrical systems.
- Proven track record of equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
- Experience working with digital press and Kodak press.
- Knowledge of motors and conveyors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Relevant certification or diploma in a related field is preferred.
