We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Process Technician to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional with a keen understanding of the scientific industry and a passion for innovation. As a Permanent Process Technician, you will play an integral role in our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our injection molding processes and equipment. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, contribute to the development of groundbreaking scientific solutions, and make a significant impact on our organization.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Process Technician, your responsibilities will include

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting injection molding equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implementing and monitoring the injection molding process, making necessary adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and improve injection molding processes and methodologies.
• Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on injection molding equipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Documenting all process changes, updates, and relevant information for future reference and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company standards.
• Training and mentoring junior staff members on injection molding processes and equipment operation.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve overall operational efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Process Technician position, you must possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Technician or a similar role in the scientific industry.
• Extensive hands-on experience with injection molding processes and injection molding equipment.
• A strong understanding of scientific principles and methodologies related to injection molding.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey complex information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff members.
• A degree in a relevant scientific or technical field is preferred.
