Due to continued customer demand, we have an immediate need for an Account Executive to support our SE regional market. This is a fully remote, fulltime, direct hire, base commission role. Candidates must have prior experience selling INGREDIENTS into food & beverage manufacturers.

Is your background a match?
- 2 years of experience in outside sales in the food ingredients industry selling to food or beverage manufacturers (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the SE region
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- In-depth knowledge of food ingredients and their applications in various food products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within food and beverage manufacturers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the benefits and features of our food ingredients
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including customer profiles, sales activities, and market feedback
