The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and tax-related activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and tax-related activities, including tax return preparation, financial statement preparation, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GAAP, IRS, and state tax laws.
- Provide strategic financial advice to clients, including tax planning and financial forecasting.
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Qualifications
- CPA or EA required, with a minimum of 5 years of accounting supervisory/managerial experience.
- 3 years of experience at a CPA firm preferred.
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred.
- Tax return preparation (1040, 1065, 1120) experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
