We are seeking a highly motivated critical team member for our Finance and Accounting team. This role will manage all accounting activities for the United States and work closely with our international offices. The role will have exposure to both our CPG and Foodservice business.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA Required
Experience With ERP System Oracle NetSuite Is Required
Bilingual full professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
Proven track record and accounting experience within the CPG space is required
Experience in Foodservice space is a plus
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with US GAAP and strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
Confident, high energy, self-motivated and a true team player
A motivated, positive, proactive, and transparent attitude
Passion for food, the food industry and sustainability
