Project Accountant - Onsite

This role is with a trusted provider dedicated to delivering comprehensive fire protection, security, communications, and electrical solutions that protect lives and ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review booking documents and accurately set up new projects, change orders in the ERP system on time.
• Process and ensure timely billing for solutions and MAC related work, including ERP system invoices, AIA billing, and additional support required to meet customer billing needs.
• Accurately process changes in estimates for active projects on time in the ERP system.
• CLOSE OUT PROJECTS IN THE ERP SYSTEM UPON COMPLETION.
• Assist with preparation and review of WIP analysis after each payroll cycle.
• Review and validate monthly charges to active projects, resolve discrepancies.
• Enter commission related data into the CCT tracker monthly, manage commissions activity (earned vs paid) by employee, segment for Solutions and MAC.
• Complete special department projects as directed.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
