The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML development and large-scale data processing systems. This is a permanent position in our technology department, where you will work closely with our data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy advanced AI models and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of AI engineers to design and implement innovative AI/ML solutions.
- Develop a technical strategy for AI/ML and data processing initiatives.
- Design and build large-scale data processing systems.
- Use TensorFlow, PyTorch, and langChain for AI/ML development.
- Design data processing systems and work with data transformation tools, automated data pipelines, and backend services.
- Develop software using Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, GitHub, AWS, and cloud infrastructure automation tools.
- Work with GCP BigQuery, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake for big data processing.
- Manage software projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and data processing technologies and methodologies.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML development.
- 5 years of experience in big data processing.
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and langChain.
- Experience with large-scale data processing systems design.
- Experience with data transformation tools, automated data pipelines, and backend services.
- Proficiency with Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, GitHub, AWS, and cloud infrastructure automation tools.
- Experience with GCP BigQuery, Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Strong background in software development, Software Engineering, and Software Project Management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
