Job Details
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and be a hands on developer as an integral part of our worldwide engineering team.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate latest technologies in the AI, Crypto, and Productivity/Entertainment space.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in developing software products that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
- Implement best practices in software development to enhance code quality and team efficiency.
- Proven experience in software development and engineering management roles, particularly in a startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Go, and Rust.
- Demonstrable skills in both Backend and Frontend development at large scale, such as React, Tailwind, Node, Redis, MongoDB, and Docker
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud infrastructure at scale, AI LLM Inference, Stable Diffusion, and AI Model fine-tuning.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining large scale GPU infrastructure and shipping products.
- Experience in EVM and Solana blockchain, image recognition and object detection systems a plus.
