As an Analyst on this team, you will join a dynamic, growing team at the center of the revenue cycle, and help them continue to drive operations and strategy through data management, project management, a deep understanding of how challenging our revenue cycle can be, and an eye for the future in helping them continue to transform billing.
We are currently on the hunt for a seasoned Analytics Manager with a strong background in Tableau to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a significant impact in the revenue cycle operations of this organization.
As an Analytics Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and monitoring the dashboard conversion process, designing innovative Tableau dashboard visualizations, and partnering with other analytic teams and revenue operations. You will be the go-to person for all things related to data analytics, making this role perfect for those who are passionate about turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the dashboard conversion process to ensure accurate and efficient data representation.
- Design and develop innovative Tableau dashboard visualizations that provide clear and actionable insights.
- Partner with other analytics teams to create a cohesive data strategy across the organization.
- Collaborate with revenue operations to identify opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.
- Lead a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Use SQL/EQL to query and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.
- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision making across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL/EQL.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and monitoring the dashboard conversion process.
- Proven ability in designing impactful Tableau dashboard visualizations.
- Experience in partnering with other analytic teams and revenue operations.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing successful teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
