Responsibilities
As a Permanent Appellate Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties which include
- Drafting, reviewing, and filing appellate briefs and motions.
- Representing the company in all appellate proceedings and hearings.
- Advising on potential legal risks and offering proactive solutions to avoid litigation.
To be considered for the role of Permanent Appellate Attorney, candidates must possess the following
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Appellate Attorney, preferably in the insurance defense industry
- Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.
- Proven experience in handling appeals, motions, and briefs.
- Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
