Job Summary
This role involves creating unique and functional custom home designs, working on various projects from conceptual design to construction documentation and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop aesthetically pleasing single-family residential projects that meet client specifications and comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software like Revit and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to execute design concepts and solutions effectively.
- Participate in all phases of the design process, including conceptual, schematic, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure the design vision is maintained throughout the construction process.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies in single-family residential architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 0-8 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on single-family residential or multifamily architecture.
- Proficiency in design software, including Revit and AutoCAD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and excellent custom home designs.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
