This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about representing clients in asbestos litigation. The successful candidate will be involved in complex legal matters, ensuring our company's compliance with laws and regulations related to asbestos litigation.
Responsibilities
The Permanent Asbestos Litigation Attorney will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to
- Representing the company in all asbestos-related legal matters, including litigation, settlements, and appeals.
- Conducting thorough and meticulous research to provide sound legal advice and strategy for the company.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conducting depositions and court appearances effectively and professionally.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in asbestos litigation.
- Extensive experience in conducting depositions and court appearances.
- Strong background in product liability law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal cases from inception to conclusion.
