Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, general ledger entries, year-end close, and financial statements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial colleagues.
