- Nursing Staff Supervision: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to ensure continuous professional development and adherence to the organization's standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing. A Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is an added advantage.
- Nursing Experience: A minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience, preferably in a leadership role, including geriatrics and skilled nursing facility experience.
- Licensure: Current and valid nursing licensure in the state of practice.
