Qualifications
- A Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on business or real estate law.
- Proven experience in litigation, legal writing, and other related areas.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
