Job Description
Represent owners, investors, developers, and contractors with Nevada’s unique construction laws, complex contracts, mechanics liens, and payment claims. Assist with the planning, structuring, and drafting of construction contract documents, as well as reviewing construction documents for risk-management and compliance purposes. When litigation becomes necessary, carry cases from complaint and pleadings through trial as necessary.

Job Description
Represent owners, investors, developers, and contractors with Nevada’s unique construction laws, complex contracts, mechanics liens, and payment claims. Assist with the planning, structuring, and drafting of construction contract documents, as well as reviewing construction documents for risk-management and compliance purposes. When litigation becomes necessary, carry cases from complaint and pleadings through trial as necessary.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in construction transactions and litigation (large commercial buildings, mixed-use, retail, industrial and government projects)
- Must have strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Licensed with Nevada State Bar (or in process)
- Must have excellent communication, analytical, technical, and writing skills
- Must be interested in living in Nevada for the long term
- Able to bill 1850 billable hours per year
- Able to work onsite. (Hybrid schedule offered after becoming established with the firm)
