Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in civil litigation defense or liability or insurance defense.
- Exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, court systems, and legal principles related to civil litigation defense.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients in civil litigation defense cases.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards.
