We have an immediate need for a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2 - 4 years of experience for our Orlando office with experience with Construction Law and handling hearings and depositions to join our talented team and build our increasingly busy Commercial Litigation practice.

- Juris Doctor (J.D) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed in Florida.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Litigation Associate.
- Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations related to Commercial Litigation.
- Familiar working with large clients and consultations.
- Construction Law or Business Law experience is ideal
- Must have outstanding skills in negotiation and client interaction.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with high volume practices.
- Highly organized, detail oriented with great empathy and interpersonal skills and a strong customer-service orientation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with spoken and written fluency in English, Spanish helpful.
