- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation and corporate law.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and apply complex legal concepts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to clearly explain legal concepts to non-lawyers.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Commitment to continuing professional development and learning.
