Responsibilities
As an Associate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include
- Managing a caseload of complex personal injury, auto accident, general liability, traumatic brain injury, dog bite, construction defect, and habitability cases.
- Conducting thorough and detailed investigations to determine the facts of the case.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and pleadings.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on their rights and obligations.
- Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a high standard of legal services.
- Keeping up to date with the latest legal developments and changes in law that may affect our clients.
The ideal candidate for the Associate Attorney position will have the following qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury, auto accident, general liability, traumatic brain injury, dog bite, construction defect, or habitability.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume caseload.
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in legal research tools and software.
