Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Corporate Associate Attorney or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Admitted to the state bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in the state.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and gravitas.
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
