We are seeking a Litigation Associate for an on-site position. The role involves case investigation, managing discovery, depositions, document review, drafting motions, and preparing cases for trial. Empathy and rapport-building with clients are essential.
Qualifications
J.D. from ABA accredited institution and admission to [State] bar, or eligibility for reciprocity;
Strong academic record;
Excellent legal research and writing abilities;
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships;
Willingness to travel frequently;
Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Commitment to plaintiff work.
Preferred Experience
Trial, research, writing, and deposition experience preferred. Prior asbestos experience is a plus. Judicial clerkship experience encouraged.
