Salary $125,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details

• Provide legal counsel on real estate transactions, including land acquisition, leasing, development, financing, and construction
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, lease agreements, and financing documents
• Advise clients on municipal incorporation, annexation, zoning, and subdivision matters
• Assist with tax incentive programs related to real estate transactions
• Work with governmental entities, businesses, and individuals on real estate legal matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop strategic real estate solutions
• Stay current on real estate and land use regulations affecting commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
  
  

Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Active Bar License in Utah
• 5 years of experience in real estate law with a focus on commercial, office, retail, industrial, residential, recreational, and mixed-use developments
• Experience providing legal counsel to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities on matters including land acquisition, contract preparation and negotiation, leasing, financeable ground leasing, development, financing, and construction
• Knowledge of municipal incorporation and annexation, subdivision, tax incentives, and zoning issues
• Preferred but not required Experience in tax structuring of real estate transactions and ownership entities
