We represent clients in complex commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and finance. Our firm fosters a collaborative and dynamic environment, offering direct client engagement and national transaction experience. Due to growth, we are seeking skilled mid or senior level Commercail Real Estate Attorneys to join our dynamic teams in either Richmond, Fredericksburg or Tysons.

- Handle all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, leasing, development, and finance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development agreements, and loan documents.
- Conduct due diligence efforts, including title and survey reviews.
- Provide legal guidance on complex real estate transactions with direct client interaction.
- Manage transactional matters across multiple jurisdictions, including national transactions.
- Collaborate with clients, lenders, developers, and other stakeholders to structure and execute transactions effectively.
- Maintain compliance with Virginia state real estate laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice in Virginia
- 3 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial leases, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements.
- Strong background in real estate due diligence, including title and survey review.
- Proven ability to manage multiple real estate transactions and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills.
