The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in collections, debt collection, and claims. This role involves protecting the interests of creditors and ensuring that they receive the money owed to them. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal and ethical requirements related to debt collection and will use this knowledge to advise our clients and represent them in court. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to excellence, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for upholding the rights of creditors.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal and ethical requirements related to debt collection and will use this knowledge to advise our clients and represent them in court. Responsibilities
- Advise and represent creditors in cases involving debt collection, bankruptcy, and other related matters.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to ensure the successful recovery of debts.
- Negotiate payment arrangements with debtors and work to resolve disputes amicably.
- Prepare and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to debt collection and creditors' rights.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients, helping them understand their rights and obligations.
- Collaborate with other members of our legal team to ensure the best possible service to our clients.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 1-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on collections, debt collection, and claims.
- Proven track record of successfully representing creditors in legal disputes.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in legal research and able to stay current with the latest developments in creditor rights law.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
