- Work hybrid remote (1 day a week from home) and low billables (Minimum requirement of 1450 hours)
- Handle a diverse range of Estate Administration matters
- Handling disputes regarding the validity of wills or trusts, disagreements between beneficiaries, or challenges to fiduciary conduct.
- Conducting legal research on estate and tax laws to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Acting as a liaison between executors, trustees, and beneficiaries to facilitate the smooth administration of the estate.
- Assisting with tax filings for estates, including estate tax returns, and providing advice on minimizing tax liabilities.
- Licensed to practice law in VA (MD or DC is a plus)
- 2 years of recent experience experience in Estate Administration
