- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and asset preservation.
- Assist with probate processes, including filing petitions, representing clients in court, and managing estate administration.
- Handle estate and trust administration matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of legal processes and options.
- Offer legal guidance in estate planning, business formation, and special needs planning.
- Draft legal documents related to trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and business formation.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that protect and preserve their assets.
- Licensed to practice law in FL
- 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; an LLM in estate planning, tax law, or similar
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead consultations effectively
- Familiarity with income tax issues
- Able to work out of our Lakeland office
