Job Details
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trust and probate litigation OR Trust Litigation OR Probate Estate Litigation
- Proven track record of handling trust and probate estate litigation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to trust and probate litigation.
