Job Details
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field. An advanced degree or professional certification such as a CPA, CIA, or CISA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, compliance, carrier management, and reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Exceptional understanding of the principles and practices of accounting and financial systems.
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
- Strong analytical thinker with superb problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
