Job Details
Responsibilities
Lead and manage audit projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards and deadlines are met.
Maintain and manage multiple client relationships and engagements concurrently.
Oversee audit, review, and compilation engagements, demonstrating technical proficiency in all attest functions.
Supervise daily operations of audit engagements, including staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and final reporting.
Train and mentor staff, providing regular feedback and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Stay committed to continuous learning and personal development in technical and professional areas.
Provide guidance on complex accounting matters and ensure GAAP compliance for clients.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
CPA certification is mandatory.
At least five years of public accounting experience.
Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
