Audit and Assurance Manager (Non-Profit)
This role is a critical part of our organization, ensuring the financial stability and transparency that our stakeholders and community rely on.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of financial statement audits for our non-profit organization.
- Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and the board of directors.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Review and update our organization's audit procedures and policies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.
- Provide technical accounting advice to staff and management on complex transactions.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven experience in non-profit financial statement audit preparation.
