Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead or participate in audit and attestation engagements for clients across various industries
- Manage engagement processes from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance
- Build client relationships and provide advisory support beyond technical questions
- Supervise, mentor, and review the work of associates
- Identify audit risks and deliver practical solutions
- Apply accounting knowledge creatively and strategically
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise through continuous learning
- Foster a collaborative and proactive team culture
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 150 credit hours or a Master’s in Accounting
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience, ideally in audit/attestation
- Experience managing client engagements and leading audit teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit standards
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and deadline management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building and professionalism
