Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Tableau Cloud
- Analyze complex datasets to advise on value and actionable insights
- Work cross-functionally across teams with source data to align with company and client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate into effective BI solutions
- Develop and implement external, customer-facing dashboards that provide real-time, impactful insights
- Design and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines to integrate multiple data sources
- Work on cloud-based BI solutions, with exposure to AWS services and frameworks
- Contribute to design and maintenance of scalable, multi-tenant data warehouse solutions
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related area of study
- 5 years BI Development experience
- Proven experience designing customer-facing BI solutions
- Prior experience working at a SaaS company
- Experience with Databricks and AWS (or another cloud platform)
- Solid background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL
- Experience with scripting languages like Python and R
