We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Case Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This permanent position is ideal for someone with a strong background in Personal Injury, Plaintiff Negotiation, and Settlement. The successful candidate will have the ability to handle a high volume of cases, maintain strong client relationships, and effectively negotiate settlements. The Bilingual Case Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of a case from inception to resolution. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills and experience in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring all cases are handled promptly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and court personnel in English and a second language.
• Collect and analyze evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements.
• Prepare and submit legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and defense attorneys, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
• Conduct case evaluations to determine the value of each case and develop a strategic approach for settlement negotiations.
• Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to personal injury law.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible.
• Work closely with attorneys, providing them with the necessary support and case updates.
  
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Case Manager in the legal industry, specifically with a focus on Personal Injury, Plaintiff Negotiation, and Settlement.
• Fluent in English and a second language. The ability to communicate complex legal concepts in both languages is essential.
• Proven track record of successful settlement negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in the use of legal case management software.
• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
• A bachelor's degree in law or a related field is preferred.
