Responsibilities
As a Legal Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.
- Gathering and documenting detailed information about potential cases in a precise and efficient manner.
- Coordinating with attorneys and other staff members to ensure the seamless transition of potential cases.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our services and areas of legal practice to effectively communicate with callers.
- Conducting initial case evaluations and determining the appropriate next steps.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, file management, and scheduling appointments.
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications
- Minimum of years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the legal industry.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal information to clients.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable.
