As a BIM Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our Building Information Modeling (BIM) documents and systems. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and maintain all BIM documents and ensure their accuracy, quality, and integrity.
2. Coordinate the flow of BIM documents between stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
3. Develop and implement BIM documentation procedures and standards to improve efficiency and accuracy.
4. Assist in the creation and modification of BIM models using software like Revit.
5. Monitor compliance with the company's BIM standards and procedures.
6. Provide training and support to team members on BIM documentation procedures and software.
7. Resolve any issues related to BIM documentation in a timely and effective manner.
8. Keep abreast of latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and suggest improvements to existing processes.
9. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of BIM software and systems.
Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Document Controller or similar role in the Tech Services industry.
2. Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Revit.
3. Excellent organizational and document management skills.
4. Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
5. Ability to train and support team members on BIM procedures and software.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
8. Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and advancements in BIM technology.
9. A degree in a relevant field is preferred.
