- Fully Remote role but there is an office in Tampa you can go into. Must be located in the greater Tampa or Orlando area and they will pay for relo if needed. Some travel will be required.

Looking for
- 5 years experience in the building enclosure, property condition assessment & roofing industry
- Ideally experience with waterproofing & roofing
- Licensed Engineer or Architect would be a nice to have-- but is not required
- Design review experience
- Project Management experience nice to have
- Spanish speaking would be nice to have
- Will be in the field some so must be about to get onto ladders, etc.
