Responsibilities :
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry to enhance the company's market share and profitability.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to ensure the company's services meet their needs.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

Qualifications :
1. A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.

5. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
