Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Development professionals and manage their performance and development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Set and meet company sales targets
- Manage key client relationships and build new client relationships
- Expand the profile and reach of the company and its brands
- Develop and execute short and long-term marketing strategies and budget
- Identity and recommend new products and services
- Help shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans on how to meet them
- Continuously improve and streamline Business Development processes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Experience in construction sales
- Experience managing a team and leading process improvements
- Construction Industry experience
- Understanding of how to sell full turn key projects and has experience with vertical building
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
