Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 3 years in business development, sales, or marketing with proven success in launching and distributing products across multiple channels.
- Strategy Development Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for ODRescue™ product launch across various distribution channels.
- Sales Leadership Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Brand Building Develop marketing materials, campaigns, and presentations to drive brand recognition and trust.
- Industry Engagement Attend trade shows and events to network and explore business opportunities.
- Collaboration Partner with internal teams (Product Development, Purchasing, Distribution) to ensure successful product launch and customer
- Reporting Track sales activities and update CRM with account information and pipeline status.
- Direct sales, develop partnerships, and distributor networks.
- Ability to work independently, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to cold call, go after leads, and expand market.
- Expertise in managing complex customer relationships and partnerships.
- Excellent communication (oral/written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to capture customer requirements and collaborate with support teams.
- Experience in direct sales, partnerships, and distributor networks.
- Background in brand development and building brand recognition.
- Experience with opioid abatement products, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Access for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for presentation development.
- Salesforce CRM proficiency.
