Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Draftsman who will play a pivotal role in our customization process. This position requires excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless, collaborative experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to transform client ideas into actionable designs for our construction and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for luxury residential projects, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Collaborate with architects and design teams to incorporate client requirements and design changes into technical plans.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and project specifications.
Maintain and organize project documentation and CAD files.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements during construction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Experience drafting for high-end residential or custom home projects preferred.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and building systems.
Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
