Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, analyzing production data, introducing new technologies, and supporting continuous improvement in quality and productivity.

MUST HAVE
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 3 years of engineering experience in production manufacturing facilities
- Manufacturing process improvement, design, and continuous improvement experience
- Food/Beverage manufacturing industry experience
- Chemical engineering background
- Lean Six-Sigma belt certification
- Knowledge of FDA, GMP, HACCP with high-speed packaging equipment
- PLCs and DCS
