Job Details:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the organization, the development of financial and operational strategies, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, financial modeling, and organizational leadership.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall business goals.
• Overseeing all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
• Utilizing financial modeling to create projections, scenarios, and outcomes to support strategic decision-making.
• Leading the finance team and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives to identify their needs and seek a full range of business solutions.
• Providing leadership in the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Managing processes for financial forecasting, budgets, consolidation, and reporting to the company.
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Private Equity backed company experience
• 10 years experience
• 5 years CFO experience with restaurant company
• Software implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA
• MBA
