As our new Senior LATAM Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned territory, reaching or exceeding annual sales targets. You will lead a nationwide sales team to achieve sales targets and establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5 years of experience in a flavor or ingredient sales role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
* Experience in the food industry, specifically working with flavors or ingredients, is essential
* Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, as this will be the main language used in this role
* Availability to travel as needed
* Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software
