Job Details

We are on the lookout for a seasoned, dynamic, and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team in the Finance industry. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing business strategies, plans, and procedures, in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

Overseeing the daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)

Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication while fostering a growth-oriented environment.

Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Managing relationships with partners and vendors.

Implementing operational best practices and driving continuous process improvements.

Developing and executing growth strategies and plans, including business development and risk management.

Creating and managing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated correctly.

Qualifications

Proven experience of 8 years as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role in the Finance industry.

Experienced within a scaleup organization experiencing rapid growth.

Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities, with a strategic mindset.

Experience taking a company through a sale or acquisition.

Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.

MBA is required.
