We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Civil Design Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development and execution of civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly with Civil 3D and grading. Your role will be pivotal in driving the design and implementation of various civil engineering projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest quality, within budget, and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed designs for civil engineering projects using Civil 3D.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to understand project requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Apply expert knowledge of grading to ensure the stability and sustainability of our projects.
• Conduct site investigations to gather data for planning and design.
• Prepare engineering documents, including project plans, feasibility studies, and reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical advice to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors and other professionals during construction phases.
• Troubleshoot and solve engineering issues as they arise.
• Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil design engineering, with a focus on Civil 3D and grading.
• Proficient in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed for site visits.
