We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Civil Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our Land Development projects, providing expertise in site development, grading, erosion control, and land surveying. The role demands a keen understanding of AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, and CAD Drafting. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to apply their skills and knowledge to a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee land development projects from conception to completion, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD 3D and Civil 3D to design and draft detailed site plans, grading plans, and erosion control plans.
• Conduct land surveys and analyze data to determine project feasibility.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs and projects comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development, site development, grading, and erosion control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D, and CAD Drafting.
• Experience in land surveying.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) or E.I.T. (Engineer Intern) certification is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local building regulations and codes.
• Exceptional project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
