Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of civil engineering projects with a focus on land development.
- Prepare entitlement plans, site grading plans, and permit applications.
- Coordinate construction activities and attend necessary meetings.
- Conduct field work as required to support engineering and/or surveying assignments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A four-year degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Two or more years of experience working in civil engineering and/or land development.
- Proficiency in typical drafting and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HydroCAD, TR-55, TR-20, FlowMaster, or other similar programs.
- A valid Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification or Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred but not required.
