- Advanced understanding of excel

- Ability to manage multiple schedules simultaneously

- Good communication skills (email’s, phone calls, text’s)
- Leadership/management experience (any level collegiate or higher)
- Willingness/desire to teach EIT’s and designers any topic related to the project
